BNP PARIBAS Securities Services - CMMI level 3: what a Boost for IT & Business!
Appraised at CMMI Maturity Level 2 in March 2007, the BNP PARIBAS Securities Services IT teams were granted the Maturity Level 3 certification on 25 June 2010. The “Booster3” programme, which covered 80 projects or applications, was led by Jeane Mirot, Head of IT quality assurance. The improvement team was made up of 8 people. Not only 650 BNP PARIBAS Securities Services IT professionals were involved in BNP PARIBAS Securities Services UK, Luxembourg and France.
